Accountant App Program Ending – Comments

This related weblink often did not work. The one Google link to the AAP and Slack integration ending is at QB Community Live. No one there agreed with the decision.

Termination should be after notice. This was done the same day, within hours (Sent August 12, 2019, 2:01 PM). We’re discontinuing the Accountant Apps Program (AAP), effective August 12, 2019.

This was far more than:

    • QuickBooks Advanced inventory – 3.5 million
    • QB Premier 2019. – 1.8 million
    • Quickbooks assisted payroll – 700.00

Might any of them die without notice??

Accountant App Program ending probably relates to stress from recent Quickbooks outages. It should have been delayed, even if not reconsidered. Otherwise, we cannot rely on less popular parts of QuickBooks surviving.

Please remember, the next time you get a QuickBooks survey. THIS IS NOT HOW INTUIT SHOULD MAKE US FEEL VALUED AS CUSTOMERS.
