No Shame in Application Downsizing is an excellent IT Business Edge article about their being No Shame in Application Downsizing when times are tight. No Shame in Application Downsizing says, "if you need serious inventory support for thousands and thousands of items, you may find yourself looking at a name you never saw before: Fishbowl Inventory." IT Business Edge readers may waste big bucks if they do not know that FishBowl is an outstanding way to give QuickBooks big company inventory, with multiple locations. FishBowl also is one of the fastest and easiest ways for a hundred or so users to inexpensively batch-enter inventory and invoicing for QuickBooks. However, FishBowl works with QuickBooks and not Quicken, as No Shame in Application Downsizing keeps saying.
I was writing about Outgrowing QuickBooks since long before my 2008 Qutgrowing QuickBooks series. No Shame in Application Downsizing is simply a new name for an old concept. As I detailed in these articles, only a few companies (8,000+) have more than 500 employees and even these companies have many locations (1,000,000+) that can use Quickbooks, with No Shame in Application Downsizing. This is especially true since they average only around 60 employees per firm or location.
